Last November, we predicted that mud races like Tough Mudder, Muddy Buddy and Warrior Dash were going to be the must-do races of 2012.
To help you get ready, Crunch has put together a new, kick-butt boot camp-style class called The Athlete's Workout, which is designed to improve your speed, agility and power for hardcore outdoor obstacle course-type races.
