Sisterhood of the Traveling Detox
This cleanse is portable--and involves real food.
Meal replacement bars have gotten a bad rap. Most are high in calories, low in nutrients and full of processed ingredients. But Joulebody is on a mission to change that.
Already known for her customized, real food cleanse, Joulebody founder Yvette Rose wanted to develop a more portable option for the gal on the go (ahem, every New Yorker) who wants to stay healthy. The result: two detoxifying meal bars that are raw, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, organic, high in fiber and delicious.
The bars, which debuted last month, are available in two flavors: Brownie (cacao, which tastes like a dense chocolate brownie) and Blondie (ginger, which reminded us a bit of ginger snap cookies). Thanks to the whole food ingredients, we felt full long after devouring the bars.

It's time to raise the bar.
