Talking Turkey

Send to a friend
Please everyone this Thanksgiving with this healthy dinner guidebook.

Turn back the clock this Thanksgiving.

This Thanksgiving, we're going back to earlier, simpler times. Earlier than our grandparents...earlier than the Pilgrims. We're going Paleolithic!

The Paleo diet philosophy mimics the diets of our hunter-gather ancestors, meaning lots of lean meats, vegetables, fruits and nuts...and no processed foods, dairy or grains. (If it wasn't around in the Stone Age, it doesn't go on the table.) We asked Allison Bojarski, teacher, trainer and blog editor at CrossFit NYC (and three-year strict Paleo follower) to answer our questions about cooking it old, old school:

Q: Will there be turkey at a Paleo Thanksgiving?

Q: Are any traditional Thanksgiving dishes already Paleo-friendly?
