Dear Employees,
We've noticed some tension around the office. As a result, we're calling an emergency daily midday stretch session, effective immediately.
To prepare, see the informative mobile app from trained dancer Donna Flagg, entitled Lastics Office Stretch. Modified from Flagg's popular Lastics class taught at The Joffrey Ballet School in NYC, the app is designed to help busy professionals lengthen and strengthen at their desks, using six easy moves. Practice multitasking: turn picking up a pen into a calf stretch, or use the water cooler line for a quad stretch.
Not only will it help relieve stress, but stretching can serve as a caffeine-free pick-me-up thanks to increased blood flow to muscles.
Try this discreet outer hip and thigh stretch next time you're on a conference call--it will help all our bottom lines.
