Apple Picking
Fall for this cocktail.
While the weather is still deciding whether it's fall or summer, we found a cocktail that straddles the seasonal divide. Inspired by a summer drink and featuring autumn's apples, this drink from PRINT. Restaurant and PRESS Lounge has our taste buds pleasantly confused.
The Sentinel ($15) is an autumn-appropriate variation of sangria made with local hard cider and chopped local apples. (The drink gets its name from a newspaper found just south of Rochester, an area that's great for apple picking.) The sweet sipper is part of Press Lounge's just-launched fall cocktail menu, which stars local, seasonable and sustainable ingredients sourced by this healthy trailblazer.

It's easy as pie.
