Have you noticed that The Pump Energy Food has gone off the grid? Turns out the protein-powerhouse spot isn't gone--it's been redone. We headed there to do what its new name says: Dig Inn.
The farm-to-counter joint now features a seasonal fresh menu designed by The Pump's clean eating guy, Adam Eskin, and Chef Daniel Angerer (Klee Brasserie, Little Cheese Pub). You can expect a high-quality, unprocessed meal that's cooked from scratch daily...and best of all, will cost you only around $8!
Design your own marketplate lunch from the current menu, and add one of Dig Inn's cold-pressed juices to round out the meal. Need a midday pick-me-up? Ditch the coffee and sip a "Replenish" for a healthy zing.
