Look out, Flaxseed: there's a new seed in town.
Chia seeds have been winning superfood smackdowns thanks to their energy-boosting, mood-improving and appetite-suppressing benefits (they have ridiculously high amounts of omega-3s and fiber), but lots of us are confused about how to eat them.
Enter Health Warrior. The NYC-based company was started by two self-proclaimed chia snobs who eat the seeds daily to stay fit. Their secret: scoop chia into any of these fun recipes.
