Train at home with these boxing and Muay Thai exercises.

Situps with a Jab, Cross:
1. Lie on your back with both knees bent, holding 2-lb. weights or a water bottle in each hand.
2. Perform a full sit-up and punch straight ahead with your left arm, then with your right arm.
2. Return your hands to your cheeks after punching and return to the starting position.
3. Perform two sets of 20 to 30 reps.
Note: Anchor your feet if you can't keep them on the ground while sitting up.

Wall sits:
1. Stand against a wall with your back touching and feet slightly apart.
2. Slide your back down the wall until your hips and knees form 90
° angles.
3. Hold that static position for one minute. Work your way up to three minutes, the length of a training round of kickboxing.
