Train smart, train strong, train simple.

When we stopped by TS Fitness on the UES for a workout class, we expected, well, a workout.

Instead, we got an arsenal of fat-blasting secret weapons.

During the 60-minute circuit training class, Owner Noam Tamir took us through TRX, kettlebells, an SI stretching band, a rowing machine, resistance tubes...and more.

The method to the madness: keeping you and your bod from ever getting bored. Classes vary from station-style workouts (everyone works at different stations and switches stations every minute) to more traditional group fitness classes (everyone does the same thing at the same time).

Intrigued? Try this warm-up exercise at home to strengthen the butt and thighs.

While "TS" stands for total sculpt, we'll call it "totally svelte."
