Three hours, 20 trucks, one foodie event.

Food trucks are a staple food source in New York. But after finding a favorite, it can be hard to nail down where it will turn up next.

No more hunting and gathering: Wednesday marks the first meeting of the food trucks as part of Zagat's first Food Truck Frenzy, where 20 of the top-tier trucks will come together in Chelsea. Tickets cost less than $20 and include four delectable dishes.

Each participating truck (see part of the lineup list here) will be serving a few of its signature dishes. Plus there will be free beverages from The Mud Truck!

To help you navigate the mobile foodie scene, here's our healthy guide to tomorrow's event:

• Appetizer: Bian Dang (we're hoping for some of their delicious dumplings)
• Palate Cleanser: Kelvin Natural Slush Co. (a VJ fave!)
• Entrée: The Cinnamon Snail (it's vegan and organic--and no snails!)
• Dessert: Joyride Truck (has the perfect summer treat: frozen yogurt)
