Q: Which one move can we do to boost brain power now?
Energy-Boosting Clap + Balance
- From a semi-squat/plié position, with feet turned out and arms down at your sides, clap once between your legs.
- Stand up and lift heels while simultaneously raising arms to clap overhead.
- Repeat 10 times.
- Every count should be coordinated with a loud voice (for example, count from one to ten, or shout, "Let's do it!") and perform clapping with as much speed as possible.
