Energy-Boosting Clap + Balance

  1. From a semi-squat/plié position, with feet turned out and arms down at your sides, clap once between your legs.
  2. Stand up and lift heels while simultaneously raising arms to clap overhead.
  3. Repeat 10 times.
  4. Every count should be coordinated with a loud voice (for example, count from one to ten, or shout, "Let's do it!") and perform clapping with as much speed as possible.
