Looking to slim-down:
- Beginner: Sneak in three 10-minute workouts daily, 2-3 days/week
- Intermediate: Sneak in three 10-minute workouts daily, 4-5 days/week
- Advanced: Sneak in three 10-minute workouts daily, 6 days/week
