Q: Is 10 minutes all we really need?

Send to a friend
Train your brain and body in just 10 minutes.

A: During long workouts, there's a point when you reach a plateau: you feel fatigued and stressed. Research has shown that when you split your workouts, you can increase overall efficiency. With my routine, you'll perform over 600 movements in just 10 minutes resulting in an effective brain and muscle workout. See other 10-minute workout ideas here.

We had Gonzalez-Wallace give us these prescription guidelines for getting the most out of your 10 minutes. If you're:

Time-crunched: Aim for one 10-minute workout, 6 days/week
Looking to slim-down:

  • Beginner: Sneak in three 10-minute workouts daily, 2-3 days/week
  • Intermediate: Sneak in three 10-minute workouts daily, 4-5 days/week
  • Advanced: Sneak in three 10-minute workouts daily, 6 days/week
