The Kneeling Serpent
Build pelvic core strength with this exercise.
- Start in a kneeling position, keeping hips slightly raised off heels (about 2-3 inches).
- While keeping arms in a prayer position (pushing together to work the triceps), contract the abs and engage the thighs to make a slow hip circle.
- Perform 10 circles in one direction, then lower.
- Repeat with 10 circles in the opposite direction.
