The Kneeling Serpent

Creator Halyna Natalia performs The Kneeling Serpent.

Build pelvic core strength with this exercise.

  1. Start in a kneeling position, keeping hips slightly raised off heels (about 2-3 inches).
  2. While keeping arms in a prayer position (pushing together to work the triceps), contract the abs and engage the thighs to make a slow hip circle.
  3. Perform 10 circles in one direction, then lower. 
  4. Repeat with 10 circles in the opposite direction.
