Q&A
Q: How much cardio do we really need in order to lose weight?
A: It's all in the math: you need to spend more calories (exercise) than you consume in order to lose weight.* So if your cardio is more intense, you won't need to do it as frequently. I would recommend the use of a heart rate monitor, preferably one that will help you track your caloric expenditure during exercise.
