Round 1
Split Squats: 15 reps per leg
Pushups: 15 reps
Situps: 15 reps
Dips (off chair): 15 reps
Jumping Jacks: 53 reps
1 minute rest

Round 2
Split Squats: 13 reps per leg
Pushups: 13 reps
Situps: 13 reps
Dips (off chair): 13 reps
Jumping Jacks: 53 reps
1 minute rest

Round 3
Split Squats: 13 reps per leg
Pushups: 13 reps
Situps: 13 reps
Dips (off chair): 13 reps
Jumping Jacks: 53 reps
1 minute rest

Round 4
Split Squats: 12 reps per leg
Pushups: 12 reps
Situps: 12 reps
Dips (off chair): 12 reps
Jumping Jacks: 53 reps

Finish with 10 sprints up one flight of stairs (sprint up, walk down) and a cool-down, stretch session.

*The workout gets it name because you will have completed 212 reps of strength moves and 212 reps of full body cardio--and water boils at 212° F.
