Swinging Lunge
- Lunge forward with right leg, keeping torso upright, hands on hips. Right knee should not extend past toe and left knee should graze the ground.
- Stand up, keeping weight on right leg, and gently lift left leg straight behind you (between a 45- and 90-degree angle off the ground), squeezing glutes.
- Swing left leg forward into the initial lunge position and repeat exercise on right leg.
- Do 20 lunges, alternating legs.
