Refine Your Workout
Going to the gym religiously but not seeing results? Try this.
Stuck in a workout rut? We're not pointing any fingers, but it's been said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Our solution: checking in to the recently opened Refine studio, the results-oriented workout haven that changes up three circuits and six cardio blasts in every class.
Created by Harvard alum/former New York City Ballet dancer Brynn Jinnett, Refine uses custom-designed, progressive resistance pulley equipment (the harder you pull, the more resistance is created). Resistance training blasts fat.
We stopped by for a class, and shared the barre with two professional ballerinas. It was a killer full-body workout, and we took away an excellent core/spine exercise: try the torso twist here.
You'd be insane not to try it.
