This new West Village hot spot appeals to all our taste buds.

Some combinations are naturals (PB&J, we're talking to you). So when we heard about The Tea Set, a new organic tea and champagne room, we knew this was the start of something beautiful.

Jacques Doassans, owner of the luxury, organic, fair trade tea line, imported the concept from London but made some very NY changes. He dropped the British formality to make The Tea Set a trendy and fun place for socializing.

There's no clock and no WiFi (no work allowed), but rather an abundance of Pommery champagne, appetizing entrées, pastries and, of course, tea.

We were eyeing the sexy detox brew but Doassans recommended the Organic West Village Breakfast--the first blend of black, white and green tea with a hint of vanilla. We're glad we listened! Our pairing? A Jacques Torres champagne truffle.

Now that's a matched set.
