That's why we're heading for the new stress workshop from Relax Already Yoga on August 25.

Stress-perts Sarah Bernier and Nina Mongendre will start us off with a quick movement-and-meditation set to relieve tension, then dive into determining our "stress personalities," give us practical tools to manage the tension, and wrap up with yummy, healthy treats.
