Grab Good To Go Organics serves up healthy hot dogs in Central Park. Peggy Vance

This cart serves up organic fast food.

We stumbled across Good To Go Organics while working out in Central Park. The food cart, which opened last week, is on a mission to reinvent the classic NY hot dog.

Place your order:

Pick a dog. Choose from organic chicken, turkey or all-beef (boiled or grilled), or grab an organic chicken-and-apple or spinach-and-feta sausage. All meat is from Applegate Farms (GTGO and Applegate's founders are brothers).

Wrap it up. We chose a low-carb, pita-like Ozery Whole Wheat One Bun.

Top it off. Request organic sauerkraut, ketchup and mustard.

Add a snack. You can nibble natural bites from Annie's, Late July and Pop Chips.

Everything costs a fiver or less.

We love this street meat.
