MANA Food Bar's Pineapple Ginger Sake Cocktail

Serves 4


15 oz. sake, preferably a Junmai Ginjo variety

juice from 2 limes

2 oz. agave nectar

1 oz. ginger juice (fresh-pressed is best)

10 oz. pineapple juice (preferably fresh-pressed)


Add all contents to a quart pitcher filled with ice, stir well and enjoy.
