Lisa Persico's Goji Dream Cream Elixir
Water from 1-2 whole young coconuts (approx. 16 oz.) or 16 oz. of coconut water from a box (fresh is preferred)
Juice from 3 lemons
Juice from 3 limes
2-3 Tbsp. rehydrated goji berries (to rehydrate, soak dry goji berries in water for 20 minutes before use)
1-2 Tbsp. raw, cold-pressed, unrefined coconut oil (optional)
1 tsp. high-quality salt, i.e., Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
1/4-1/2 fresh aloe vera leaf
1-3 slices of fresh organic ginger
1-2 Tbsp. raw honey or raw agave or a few drops of Sweet Leaf Lemon Drop Stevia
2 c. purified water or 1 c. water and 1 c. ice
In a high-powered blender, add coconut water, 1 cup of water and all other ingredients.
Blend until smooth, then add remaining water or 1 cup of ice.
Yields approximately 5 cups.
