36 Breaths Sequence
With the right hand hold the fingers of the left hand one at a time, holding each finger for three slow, deep, breaths and do the same on the opposite hand.
Then, alternate holding each hand at the palm just above the wrist for three breaths to complete the total 36 breaths.
Helpful tip: Drop your shoulders and hold your fingers gently--no white knuckles!
