A new line of organic haircare comes from the fields--not the factory.

When Tribeca mom Kate Solomon, a beauty industry vet, started looking for high-end organic haircare products that were good enough for Baby, she came up dry. 

So the mother of two developed her own brand, Babo Botanicals, a line of paraben- and surfacant-free products made on an organic farm in upstate New York. 

Baby yourself with the solution-oriented products, such as Oatmilk Calendula Shampoo and Bodywash for sensitive skin or UV Cucumber Aloe Vera Sport Conditioning Spray to protect hair from chlorine, salt and sun. (If you're on the baby shower circuit, there's also gift sets perfect for moms-to-be.)

The just-launched Babo Botanicals is currently sold at DopDop Salon in Soho and Lance Lappín in Tribeca, and will available at other NYC salons and apothecaries over the year. (In the meantime, you can also buy online.)
