2010, Here We Come!
Kick off the new year with a midnight run, yoga, and a full day of fitness.
Waking up with a throbbing champagne headache is no way to start a new year. Here are a few ways to ring in 2010 that won't have you grasping for the Advil.
• Enjoy a natural high after the 4-mile Midnight Run. Expect costumes, fireworks, and good old-fashioned revelry. (Register by December 27.)
• For a Zen-centric New Year's, head to Jivamukti where a revitalizing two-hour yoga class starts at 5PM, followed by a vegan dinner, dance party and three hours of meditative silence. ($75 for yoga and dinner.)
• Resolving to exercise more in 2010? Head to Crunch on January 1 for The Morning After Workout, a full day of free fitness classes.
