Vital Tested: Broadway Bodies

Our NY editor goes back to "ghoul" and masters MJ's Thriller moves.
You know that syrupy saying about how you should dance like no one is watching? Well, somebody usually is watching you.
Still, our rhythmically challenged NY editor decided to brave Broadway Bodies after hearing that it truly is beginner-friendly.
Since Halloween is around the corner, she took Sunday night's "Thriller Nights-All the Single Zombies." (Right in time for this year's Parade--pictured!)
The 55-minute lesson moved at a pace that probably would have frustrated The King of Pop but was just right for a first-timer. Everything from the iconic zombie walk to the classic crotch grab is taught. And re-taught.
By the end of class, let's just say our editor could hold her own in a Thai prison.
Check out the schedule of other classes, including an '80s movies-inspired workout and "Jai Ho" (from Slumdog Millionaire).
