Buti Fitness offers yoga, dance and conditioning in one class.

Does your yoga class bring sexy back?

What happens when a fierce fitness competitor and yoga enthusiast needs to lose post-baby weight?

She creates BUTI Fitness, the new, high-intensity fusion class from former competitive skier Bizzie Gold (pictured). As a new mom, Gold couldn't devote all day to exercise, but wanted to maximize the time she did have. The result:

Hotter yoga. Vinyasa yoga flow-meets-Plyometrics (explosive movements)...plus dance, for a 90-minute calorie burn.
Hip moves. To open up the hips, the class seamlessly weaves tribal-based dance moves throughout the cardio and yoga.
Pelvic power. Expect plenty of boom-boom-booty moves: they're designed to help you boost self-esteem, break through self-consciousness and get in touch with your sexy self.

"After teaching just three classes a week, I'm in better shape now and have lower body fat than before my daughter was born," says Gold.
