True.

"Low carb diets were a fad for a reason. They worked...for a short time. When the body uses up its sugar stores in your liver and muscle, it will use fat as its fuel source. The problem is that continuing to restrict carbohydrates robs your body of vital nutrients, and your metabolism will plummet along with your mental state. We need to rotate carb intake so we can maximize the fat loss while keeping the body's furnace burning."
