Q. How hard is it to eat socially while on your plan?
A. "Not hard at all. For three days, you're mostly eating protein and vegetables, and the fourth day you're eating more carbohydrates to re-stoke the fire of your body's metabolism. If I'm eating out in LA, I like to go to Chipotle, Tender Greens, Mrs. Winston's Green Grocery and Fresh East because they all have plenty of options for meat, soy or fish and fresh vegetables."
