Taking long, warm baths can replenish lost moisture in the skin's top layer.
FALSE.
Avoid soaking in tubs, as too much hot water can deplete and dehydrate skin. Showers are less drying. If you love baths, be sure to keep them under ten minutes and to apply body lotion with a few drops of olive oil afterward (we tried this; it works).
