Vital Juice caught up with Blythe Metz, actress and raw chef extraordinaire, at this October’s Green Festival in LA. We were particularly fascinated by her line of raw essential oils. She gave us two fun ways to reap the benefits of her peppermint oil:
- Eat it up. Try adding peppermint oil to your favorite holiday dessert for refreshing flavor without extra calories. Watch this to make a crowd-pleasing raw peppermint fudge. (We tested it, and even our non-raw-foodie relatives gobbled it up!)
