What are some moves I can try at home?
- Lean over and walk hands straight out in front of you until you are in a plank. Push chest through into a Cobra pose, then come into Downward-Facing Dog and walk hands back to feet. Stand up--that's one rep. Try this 8-10 times.
- With feet hips-distance apart, go into a squat. When you come up, kick the right leg laterally out to the side. Bring it back down, squat, and then come up and kick left leg out. Alternate legs until you have completed 10 kicks on each side.
- Cobra Pushups: Lying on your stomach, place hands under shoulders. Keeping elbows close to body, straighten arms and come back down. Repeat for 10 reps. Try doing three sets of 10 and see if your triceps start screaming on the third set.
- With feet shoulders-width apart, do the football shuffle for 10 seconds, quickly drop down to floor for a pushup...pop back up...shuffle for 10 seconds, drop back down for a pushup and repeat for 10 reps if you can do it.
