Cocoa-nuts, rejoice! New confection shop and café Vosges Haut-Chocolat is rolling out a seasonal vegan pastry program helmed by Chef Katrina Markoff and Millennium vegan sweets veteran Hayley Evans. Besides offering vegan chocolates (think: exotic flavors such as açai and coconut), this location is the chocolatier's lab, so the cooks are constantly experimenting. This autumn, expect surprises like Cocoa & Chicory Water made with vanilla simple syrup, Vegan Molasses Cookies, and Vegan Roasted Pumpkin Cake with an outside so chewy that you'll crave it for days afterward.
