I've never done this before. How do I meditate?
"You can find a quiet place sometime during the day, even in the bathroom at work, and breathe in and out for a few minutes. Touch base with your body. Ask yourself, 'What am I feeling? Where am I feeling it? Can I let it go? Am I bringing into my day what I want?' You can even drive without the radio and quietly check in with your sensations."
