As a kid, you took classes that revolved around the three R's: reading, writing and 'rithmetic. Today, as a grown-up fitness fiend, your focus is probably lasered on the two A's: abs and...a great behind, natch.
Luckily, Studio MDR has just the class for you: the "A-n-A," which relentlessly tightens and tones these key parts into A+ shape. Those who think they've met their match on the Reformer will find a new frenemy with the Megaformer (see a video here), a piece of SPX equipment that's sure to put any body to the test. Fast-paced (and almost frenetic), this class whips students through a Pilates-inspired strength training series that packs a crazy cardio punch. It's taught by former bodybuilder Jessi Piha, who serves up her tough love with a smile.
And don't be fooled—you'll still get your share of 'rithmetic.
