Created by female drummers Kirsten Potenza and Cristina Peerenboom, this cardio-heavy hybrid of Pilates and drumming can literally rock you to your core.
Using colorful, quarter-pound "Ripstix," you'll bang out some beats while hitting familiar poses like oblique twists, lunges, squats, and knee lifts. As you move through both standing and floorwork, the POUND - Rockout. Workout will have you drumming along to a slammin' soundtrack of 12 remixed songs (all carefully curated by Potenza and Peerenboom). And, much iike the music accompanying it, the workout isn't for the faint of heart—you're guaranteed to rock off 600-800 calories during the 45-minute span.
