Breeze at The Hyatt Regency Hotel
Comedian and TV host Rick Adams gives his review.
"When is a cheese not a cheese? When it's a nut cheese (see above)! Normally, I'd find it difficult to "trust" such an invention, but not so at Breeze--an upscale hotel restaurant with a brand-new vegan menu. Homemade dairy-free fromage tasted like real ricotta, while Chef Manfred Lassahn's macadamia nut cheese amazed my mouth! But the real winner was the crisp, sweet and savory beet carpaccio with edamame hummus and mango sauce, which stole my heart and took it to Vegas for a surprise wedding! Starters range from $6 to $20 and entrées nestle in the $20-$30 mark."
