Dr. Foster talks about sugar.

I've heard sugar is the devil. Is it that bad? How much is too much?

What's important to remember is that our health is largely determined by our daily habits. If you make sugar a daily habit, it will hurt you eventually--especially white refined sugar and soda pop, as they create blood sugar spikes that put a strain on the hormonal system and eventually can lead to diabetes.

If you make sugar an occasional treat--maybe something like once a week or less--your body can most likely handle it without too much drama. If you're going to have chocolate, have the best quality, organic, dark chocolate with the most natural sweetener possible.
