Learn to create a DIY terrarium.
• Choose your succulents. This family of water-retaining plants--like cacti--are affordable and low-maintenance.
• Pick out an assortment of pond rocks and white pebbles, along with bubble bowls, pictured. (All available at a nursery such as Armstrong.)
• Layer the rocks, add plants, and surround with more rocks.
• Water with a cup of water about every two weeks.
