Slide & Glide
Warm up muscles with this 1-minute ice skating move.
• Stand with feet hip-width apart.
• Bend at the knees, then push off your left foot and laterally jump to the right, landing on your right foot. (Be sure to stick your landing by engaging your core.)
• Hold for a second, then push off your right foot and laterally jump to the left, landing on your left foot.
• Continue alternating back and forth for a minute.
