That's using your noodle.

Relax and use your noodle during water yoga.

Yes, it takes place in a heated therapy pool, but this isn't your grandma's waterobics. Our fearless tester dove into H2y0ga--a new type of yoga that's actually done afloat. How it works:

It's splashy. H2y0ga inventor Sue Gisser outfitted our tester with water weights on her ankles and wrists, and handed her two foam noodles. "It took huge upper body strength not to bob around, float away or pop upside-down," our tester confides.

You'll expand your mind. The yoga-inspired poses are different from your traditional asanas. The first position our tester tackled: "Zen Frog," where you bring the soles of your feet together while resting your hands on the foam noodles (it's much harder than it sounds). See more water poses here.

Steady does it. Just trying to hold still was an intense core workout, says our satisfied tester who finally got the hang of things by the end of class.

You could say it went swimmingly.
