These roses have a psychedelic surprise.

The Lady of the Flowers was bored. All her life, she'd been collecting posies. Life was sweet...until the day she realized she'd seen every flower on Earth. "There must be a flower I haven't seen!" she cried.

So she held a contest. The first man who brought her a new flower would win her hand in marriage. Men lined up for miles with painted daisies, green daffodils...but nothing new.

The Lady was feeling wilted until a mysterious man appeared holding a single rose. She stared. Every petal was a different color. "It's magic!" she exclaimed.

"No, it's from Holland," he replied. "Only one florist in America imports them, and that florist is in Los Angeles." Love bloomed, and they wed.

And drove off into the Sunset strip.
