Crazy Crunchy
Love PB&J? This could be a better butter.
Snack attacks making you edgy, anxious, even a little...crazy? Go Nuttzo.
Invented by Danielle LiVolsi, a mom who wanted a kid-friendly, nutrient-rich food for her two sons, this stuff is peanut butter 2.0. Organic cashews, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts and flax seeds come together to make a thick, crunchy paste that's extra-incredible on multigrain bread (we also like this kooky crisp). There's no added sugar, it's rich in omega-3s, and the taste is complex--we can imagine what a chef would do with it.
We're talking a whole bowl of nuts and seeds without the shells. Basically, we could eat it all day.
Call us crackers.
