We Got Minxed!

Send to a friend
Behold our editor's natural nails.

We found the ultimate manicure.

Excuse us if we can't stop admiring our fingers. Our super-hot, vixen rock n' roll fingers, that is. We can't walk down the street without stopping traffic. We've been Minxed.

If someone told us a manicure could do this, we'd have laughed. But it's true.

You can't get this treatment just anywhere. Naja Rickette, owner of Extremedys2012 Hand & Foot Spa, is a Minx master. Here's how it works:

No paint, no fumes, no acetone. Instead, Minx are wild, printed nail coverings--from checkerboards (Naja did them on Lady Gaga) to the super-popular "cheetah"--that are heated and applied to your fingernails like a car wrap, then expertly, painstakingly trimmed.

There's no drying time. Once the Minx are on, you're done. Want 'em to really last? For $10 extra, Naja will use a special method she designed to keep them flawless for longer than a week (toenails can last more than a month).

If you're feeling really crazy, Naja can bling 'em out with rhinestones or even natural crystals with healing properties.

When it comes to toxin-free glam, Naja nails it.
