Ginger Lemon-mint-ade
1 cup fresh squeezed lemons
1 cup water
½ cup crushed ice
2 teaspoons agave nectar
12-14 chopped mint leaves
¼ teaspoon ginger
Blend ingredients. Sweeten (with agave nectar) to your own taste. Serve with a slice of lemon.
Yield: Makes 4 servings.
