Burn After Eating
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find any physical signs of holiday indulging?and eliminate them.
You will require back-up, so we've recruited David Kirsch to be your fitness agent.
In order to complete the mission in the allotted time of 20 minutes, you must be armed with a pair of dumbbells, a medicine ball and a jump rope (optional).
You will be led through a series of cardiosculpting (cardio + weights) moves at a high-intensity to rev your metabolism, enabling you to burn calories at a much higher rate. (Click here to download). You will do this circuit twice and keep moving between exercises to promote fat burning.
It is essential that you maintain a diet of veggies and protein in order to see results. For enhanced burn, drink David's energizing Thermo Bubble drink.
