Now, you can look like a snow bunny with the new Aspen Ascent class at Reebok Sports Club/NY and The Sports Club/LA. (Watch the moves here.) Created by trainer and avid skier Stephanie Levinson, the full-body workout gives you a cardio boost and preps your muscles for the slopes with ski-inspired movements.

The class is divided into three segments: cardio intervals for agility and speed; strength and balance moves performed on one leg, and core and flexibility training. Even if you don't plan on hitting the chairlift this season, it's still a killer workout.
