Get a rock star bod with Crunch's new POUND - Rockout. Workout. Created by drummers and former bandmates Kirsten Potenza and Cristina Peerenboom, this high-energy mix of cardio intervals, Pilates and drumming can burn up to 800 calories during a 45-minute class. (Watch a video demo here.)
The routine uses neon-colored "Ripstix," aka weighted drumsticks that work the upper body, back, core and lower body, so you can get toned while playing along to a great soundtrack. We had a blast drumming on our exercise mats and following the beat. The next day, our obliques and legs were achy in a great way.
