Undo the damage: "Pushups are the greatest stress reliever--and you can do them anywhere. I will often do them until I'm exhausted. Drop down and do pushups in a hotel room and it will feel like a full-body workout. Also, I think that going for a walk with your family is a great thing because it gets you out and moving and no one feels trapped around the table. A lot of the best family conversations are outside the house."
