Guilt-Free Holiday Guide
The guilt trip: You ate too much.
Undo the damage: "Make the commitment to yourself that you're not going to overeat two nights in a row. The next day, eat a salad, eat a sweet potato or drink veggie juice. You don't want to starve yourself. Just be conscious that you're not going to overdo it two days in a row."
